"When I’m off course after traveling, she helps reboot me with reminders to eat healthy fats, cut the carbs, and pile on the roasted veggies, often sending amazing photos of her colorful plates!”

“I am so thankful to have had Jackie in my life during my gut-healing journey. It can be a lonely process, and Jackie was always supportive, caring, and full of light.
I would often share new information I discovered, and she would meet me with her knowledge, encouragement, and insight.”
